Blue PETG Filament

What is PETG?

It's a modified version of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)which is commonly used in plastic bottles and food containers. The addition of glycol to PET results in PETG. 

How is it different from PLA?

• PETG is stronger and more flexible than PLA
• PETG has better temperature and chemical resistance
• PLA is easier to print with and is biodegradable, whereas PETG is not

What's it like to print with?

PETG is easy to print with but there are some key differences in comparison to PLA.

Nozzle and bed temperature need to be higher than with PLA.

What's this colour like?

This is a deep blue. Things that come to mind when looking at this colour in person are Sonic, Ultramarines and regal robes.

• Bed Temp - 70°C
